It may not feel like it, but you are not alone. There are people who want to help.
If you don’t want to speak to someone local, you can phone or email the Rape Crisis Scotland helpline. It’s open every day. You might not want to talk to anyone for now. There are things you can do to help yourself, which other survivors have found helpful.
Men’s Health Week 2022Men’s Health Week 2022 shines a light on the issues men face in terms of physical and mental health and well-being, and encourages men to take time to look after themselves. During this week we wish to highlight that our service is fully inclusive of male survivors of sexual violence. It doesn’t matter when the abuse took place, it could be recent or in the past, regardless we can support you.
Rise Up: Sexual Abuse and Trauma Service for Young People in MorayThe ‘Rise Up’ project at Moray Rape Crisis is for any young person aged 11-18 in Moray who has experienced any form of sexual violence or abuse. No matter when it happened, or who it was, if someone has harmed you or made you feel uncomfortable in a sexual way, even if you are not sure, you can contact Rise Up to speak with someone.
