Service Update: 02/09/24
We are reopening our adult therapeutic and advocacy support services to all new referrals from Monday 2 September.
You can contact us for support directly by phone, email or our website, or an agency or another individual can refer you.
Our referral form is in English, Polish & Easy Read and you can download it here:
Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
